All products purchased on Greenlightvapes official website can enjoy this:
1. 7 days no reason to return;
2. Free warranty during warranty period.
1.1 7 days no reason to return:
Within 7 days after you receive your product, you can contact our online customer service or after-sale mailbox(greenlightvapes@gmail.com) to return or exchange your product.
1.2 Detailed terms for 7 days no reason to return:
According to the rule for electronic products, within 7 days after you received the goods, if you want to get a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

The outer packaging is complete, the main packaging box has not been unsealed, and it will not affect secondary sales;

If the invoice has been issued, it must be returned with the invoice;

Product accessories and gifts are complete;

The buyer shall bear the returned freight.
2.1 Free warranty during the product warranty period
Since you received the purchased product (except the consumable product) during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced free if there is a quality problem during the warranty period.
2.2 Detailed terms Free warranty during the product warranty period:

Enail products: G9 only guarantees or replaces the subject with quality problems (PID). Other accessories, such as coils and power cords, are not covered by the warranty.

Portable Rig and Wax Pen products: G9 only guarantees or replaces the quality problem of heating head and the Circuit board. Other accessories, such as Nails, glass and power cords, are not covered by the warranty.

CBD, Coil, Glass and other consumable parts: If it is not a quality issues at receipt, it is not covered by the warranty.
2.3 Quality issues at receipt:
When you received the goods, it’s broken or can’t work, such as the lack of seals, damage to the atomizing bin during transportation, equipment failure, glass damage, etc, please contact greenlightvapes@gmail.com for replacement within 3 days.
3. If the following situations occur, it out of return and warranty, and needs to be paid for repair:

For any goods not sold on official website, must be confirmed by our salesman before the
warranty is performed;

Over-guaranteed products (products that exceed the warranty period);

Unauthorized self-repair, misuse, collision, negligence, fluid ingress, accident, modification, incorrect product caused by incorrect installation, or torn, altered labels, anti-counterfeiting marks;

Cannot provide warranty card or order invoice for the product;

Returns or exchanges for reasons of damaged, missed or wrongly delivered goods will not be provided if the customer has signed for it and can’t provide the relevant credentials issued by the logistics company;
