Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any and all electronic components in the control station against failure from normal use for the life of the vaporizer. Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse (ie water damage, burning/melting, etc) are not covered, however we will do repairs for them at a fair price - typically just the cost of replacement parts. There is no warranty on the included nail, except for the unlikely event that it is defective on arrival.
Our lifetime warranty also includes one no-questions asked free heater replacement. To claim your free warranty heater, we will need a photo of the sticker(s) on the bottom of your unit, as well as your heater coil size and the address you would like us to mail it to. If you are unsure of your heater size, we can determine that from a photo of the nail you use it with.
Replacement heaters will be the same style as the original (standard, extended life, or encased) unless you choose to downgrade or pay the difference to upgrade. If you have an xl or encased heater, let us know - we will send a standard coil if you do not specify. An order number or photo of heater will be required for verification (not needed for standard heaters.)
There is no need to register your product in any way to be eligible for warranty coverage. The warranty is tied to your unit's sticker and serial number, and transfers with the unit if sold or given away. For repair service or to claim your free replacement heater, contact us via e-mail or facebook private message.

The product malfunction and maintenance service
Q: Why does it show EEEE on the PID screen when start up.
A: It’s because the controller can not recognize the heater which may caused by the damage of the heater or PID.
Q:How to solve this problem?
1: Please try to reconnect the heating coil cord with the controller.
2. Use a new heating coil cord to connect with the temperature controller, of problem remains, please ship the devices back to our after-sale service office.
Q: Why the coil cord does not heat after starting up? And the PID could not reach the set temperature.
A:It may caused by 3 situation as below:
1: PID damaged, 2:SSR failure 3. Coil cord breakdown
Q:How can solve this problem?
A:Try a new coil cord, if problem remains, please ship the device back to our after-sale service office.
Q: Why the coil cord keep heating after temperature set.
A:It may caused by PID malfunction.
Q:How to solve this issue?
A: Please try to reboot the devices, if the problem remains, please send the product back to our after-sale service office.
Q: Why the PID screen and the indicator lights do not work and coil do not heat after starting up or when it’s in use.
A: First of all, please check if the power cable and temperature cord is well plugged in, if device still do not work, please check if the power cable fuse blown due to the abruptly increased current. If so, please change to standby fuse wire. If problems remain, please send the product back to our after-sale service center.
Q: The coil cord protective sleeve is easy to pull out. How to solve this problem.
A: Please hold the top of the XLR when pulling out the coil cord, instead of holding to cord to pull out.
If the protective sleeve is out, please do wear it back to where it was.
